DOHA Albania has exempted Qatari citizens, who intend to travel to Albania, from obtaining a visa starting from April 1. This was announced by an official from the Department of Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The decision is valid until October 31, 2019. (QNA)
