The Qatar Stars League (QSL) convened a co-ordination meeting with QNB Stars League coaches on Sunday, at Al Bidda Tower to discuss the most important observations and impressions from their point of view. It also discussed a number of matters related to preparations ahead of the 2019-20 season.
The meeting was attended by QSL CEO Hani Taleb Ballan, Qatar Football Association’s (QFA) Referees Committee Chairman Neji Jouini, QFA’s Director of Football Development Fahad Thani and QSL’s Executive Director of Competition and Football Development (Acting) Ahmed Khellil Abbassi.
“It’s important that we talk to you about all matters related to the new season, as part of the QSL’s keenness to co-ordinate with clubs, partners and stakeholders.
“Our doors are open and we welcome any views and comments that align with our partnership and strong relationship through which we continue to work towards achieving our common goals. You work with the clubs in order to maintain the development of our tournaments continuously,” Ballan said.
A number of topics on the meeting’s agenda were discussed, most notably the calendar for 2019-20 season, arrangements and referees as well as technical matters.
The meeting received great praise from the coaches as they were able to put forward their ideas and suggestions. They applauded the QSL for this initiative, which reflects on the interests in coaches and their work.
