Principal of Birla Public School (BPS) Doha, AP Sharma moderated a panel discussion on the topic ‘Role of teacher and teaching methods in creating an effective pedagogical environment’, at the 14th World Education Summit held in New Delhi recently. The panelists, who came from diverse backgrounds, included those from abroad, discussed the challenges facing the education system. Later, the participants were presented with mementos by the Secretary of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) Major Harsh Kumar. The summit was attended by more than 400 principals, directors, owners of schools and other educationists. (TNN)
