THE Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ has announced a temporary closure for
28 hours on Titled Interchange. The closure will be southwards towards Huwar Street.
The closure will be implemented in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic on Friday (August 23) to enable the finishing of asphalt works as part of Khalifa Avenue Project.
During this traffic change, road users carry out starting 1am Friday 23 August 2019 until 4am Saturday 24 August 2019 to enable the finishing of asphalt works as part of Khalifa Avenue Project.
During this traffic change, road users coming from Al Gharrafa Street and Al Luqta Street through the Tilted Interchange and heading towards Huwar Street will be directed to Bani Hajer Interchange in the direction of Al Rayyan Road to reach their destinations, as shown on the attached map.
The Public Works
Authority will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and requests all road users to abide by the
existing speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
